Meet Taylor Made’s ‘Metal Wood’ Golf Clubs

Through the advancement of the metal wood technology employed by Taylor Made golf clubs, it’s now possible for each player to customize the performance of his own clubs. Fitted with titanium club heads, Taylor Made clubs are very strong but extremely light.

Taylor Made’s metal wood golf clubs line includes the following models with features that are sure make each club a hit with golfers:

R7 Fairway Wood: This club features a Taylor Made Launch Control (TLC) Port. TLC cartridges can be installed and removed to essentially move the club’s center of gravity, to vary the degrees of draws and fades that will consequently promote more accuracy and distance.

R5 Titanium Fairway: This club also uses the cartridge-loaded head, but it has permanently fitted cartridges for players who’d rather not change the cartridges. It’s set up to provide a high, long and straight shot.

V Steel Fairway Wood: The company claims this club provides the ultimate combination of power, accuracy and versatility, and they attribute its excellence to the V-shaped sole that improves the force of the sole’s interactions with the turf at impact.

Rescue Dual: This club has double TLC ports that are widely spaced for increased forgiveness on mis-hits. It has a new T-shaped sole that is responsible for the increased club head stability and decreased drag at impact. This promotes better accuracy and distance. With its low center of gravity, it’s a lot easier to launch than a long-iron and this makes shots higher and longer.

Rescue Dual TP: Similar to the Rescue Dual, the Dual TP has a higher center of gravity that allows a lower, piercing ball flight that many experienced golf players find easier to manipulate.

Rescue Mid is said to be Taylor Made’s breakthrough utility club. It’s engineered to be easier to use than a long-iron while providing better distance. This golf club’s excellent performance comes from its way of uniting a high impact with a lower, deeper center of gravity. This creates maximum forgiveness on mishits, high launch angle and high spin for high, long shots that stop rolling quickly.

Rescue Fairway: This TM club has a low profile that gives it a low and deep center of gravity. It is made to ease the process of hitting the ball high, long and straight. This golf club is crafted with double sole that improves playability from a variety of lies. Taylor Made engineered it to launch at a high angle with high spin for long-carrying shots. As with the rest of the Taylor Made line, its performance will undoubtedly impress any player who tries it!
